I am writing this review for Isaac De Castro's role in helping me acquire my first condo with a VA loan! Attorney review began right before quarantine for Covid-19, the global pandemic of early 2020.

The VA approval process takes 2 or 3 weeks, under normal conditions, but in the midst of a global pandemic, it was unbearably slow. I commend Isaac for being communicative about how the VA approval was going and ensuring the seller and I knew what was going on. I never felt "left in the dark" about what stage we were in for the approval process. On the first attempt the condo was not approved but Isaac worked diligently with the seller's agent and my lender to get the necessary changes added so the VA could approve it. I'm ecstatic that we closed on my new condo earlier this week. I would recommend Isaac to anyone seeking real estate in NJ, especially someone seeking VA approval.

Isaac helped me buy my first condo in Hoboken. I was unfamiliar with the homebuying process and Isaac made me feel at ease. He took the time to ask about my needs and gave me very practical advice. He was also realistic during the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions, even if they seemed stupid. I used a VA loan and he worked hard to get the building VA approved, which was not an easy process. Isaac handled all the communication with the seller for extra documentation that the VA requested.
